Emergency Appeal For Syrian Refugees - UWT On The Ground

In May 2011, following uprisings in the Maghreb, protests broke out across Syria seeking change. The response has however been brutal and has led to a terrible situation for residents of the country

Allah's Messenger Salallahu ‘alaihi wasallam said, ‘How blessed is Al-Sham.’ The Companions Radiallahu ‘anhum asked, ‘Why is that?’ The Messenger Salalahu ‘alaihi wasallam replied, ‘I see the Angels of Allah spreading their wings over Al-Shaam.

Tens of thousands of Muslims have been killed. Thousands more are displaced or unaccounted for. The oppression being meted out is horrific. Even children are not being spared in the regime’s onslaught.

Ummah Welfare Trust is working inside the country, providing dry food rations to widowed and orphaned families. The charity is also working in Jordan, providing relief to refugee families fleeing the oppression.

Ummah Welfare Trust urges its donors to give generously for our brothers and sisters in the blessed land of Sham. As Muslims, the current situation obligates us to respond.
UWT Distributing Aid To Syrian Refugee Families

Ummah Welfare Trust have been on the ground in Jordan for a number of months now responding to the cries of our Syrian refugee brothers and sisters. Hundreds continue to pour into Jordan everyday from Syria as the violence and merciless killing inside Syria continues. Join Ummah Welfare Trust as we deliver a multi-million pound relief programme to Syrian refugee families in Jordan.
